associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through
mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the
following location: Cranbrook British Columbia Canada, under the rules of the Canadian
Supreme and Provincial Courts. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration
may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

(o) falsely purport to be an employee or agent of ask God ® and GodScope .
(p) cause repeated disruptive incidents, or
(q) act, or fail to act, in your use of Ask God Publications Inc. in a manner that is contrary to applicable law or regulation. In addition, YOU may not post or transmit any message which is harmful, threatening, abusive or hateful. It is not the intent of Ask God Publications Inc. to discourage Users from taking controversial positions or expressing vigorously what may be unpopular views in ask God ® and GodScope , nonetheless,

7. WAIVER RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU agree that neither Ask God Publications Inc., nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, information providers or suppliers shall have any liability to YOU under any theory of liability or imdemnity in connection with your use of ask God ® and GodScope . YOU hereby release and forever waive any and all claims YOU may have against

Ask God Publications Inc. will confirm such terminations or suspension by subsequent notice. The provisions of paragraphs:

9. MISCELLANEOUS
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the province of British Columbia Canada. YOU agree that any legal action or proceeding between Ask God Publications Inc. and YOU for any purpose concerning arising out of or relating to this agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the city of Cranbrook British Columbia Canada.
Any cause of action or claim YOU may have with respect to

Ask God Publications Inc. failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this AGREEMENT shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this agreement.
Ask God Publications Inc. may assign its rights and duties under this agreement to any party at any time without notice to YOU .
10. NOTICE
Ask God Publications Inc. may deliver to YOU this agreement by means of electronic mail, a general notice on ask God ® and GodScope , or by written communication delivered by first class mail postage to your address on record in the
Ask God Publications Inc. account information. YOU may give notice to
Ask God Publications Inc. at any time via electronic mai , or by letter delivered by postage prepaid mail.
11. SEVERABILTY
The provisions of this agreement are severable, and in the event any provision hereof is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof.
